4. Purchase and Payment Policy

• General Restrictions: Refunds will not be issued for minor errors, client-caused delays, low word count, unmet additional requirements, or tips/gratuities provided to staff.

6. Revision Policy

• Printing Services: Contracted revisions are included; additional revisions incur extra charges.
• Other Services: Revisions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Requests must be submitted within 5–10 days of delivery. Requests after this period may not be considered.

7. Cancellations and Change of Mind

• Before Project Start: Notify us within 24 hours of order placement for cancellations. Refunds for change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed.
• After Project Start: Refund requests will be considered only after using a minimum of three revisions. Partial refunds may be granted based on project status.

8. Delivery Policy

• On-Time Delivery: We strive to meet deadlines. If delays occur due to our fault, and documented evidence is provided after at least three contact attempts, a 50% refund or future credit may be issued.
• Client-Related Delays: No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the client.
